I never intended to do much of anything with these images, besides satiate a desire to create something in lieu of making music, but newfound sobriety and a restless need to connect, (plus some encouraging pals) urged me to start emerging from the shell

I played music in my younger years, and had short stint writing songs for advertisements, but packed it in after a series of bomb outs and illness. Moved to Europe from Sydney in 2015, and started taking pics, developing and scanning my own negatives, and subsequently fell in love with the process

I had to confront my substance misuse issues around 2019, and I’ve been riding the waves of addiction/sobriety/relapse/repeat since my first real efforts to get clean in 2023

Making new music and pretty pictures in 2026 is renewal. I’m sober and hopeful as I type this, and sticking these lil images up here is part of the recovery process for me, and ideally will spark my mind grapes to do more, maybe even for you?

I’m open to collabs, advice, projects, slander - whatever to further the joy of creating. It’d also be neat to try and get some experience in photographing events and building a portfolio, in order earn some scratch to fund the art. Reach out if you’re keen, or just have some fun facts to share
